What is the Center for Early Literacy Information (CELI)?   CELI provides resources to RRCNA members who teach and research the teaching of literacy in Kindergarten through Grade Two.  Materials are drawn from a variety of sources, including published articles, books, reports, technical papers, and more. This Web-based technology has the potential to elevate and transform the approach to literacy instruction.
